American Metals Co. manufatures precut stainless steel tab shims of four standard sizes: Size A (2" x 2"), B (3" x3"), C (4" x 4") and D (5" x 5"). Standard thicknesses range from .001" to .125". American Metals also uses its slitting, cutting, stamping, and forming capability to produce custom shims in either large or low quantities.

American Metals manufactures standard and custom shim stock including but not limited to the following materials: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Brass, Copper, Nickel, and Aluminum.

We purchase metals in large volume directly from the mills and process the material at our Mars, PA plant. As a result, we are able to offer a wide variety of quality precut shims, shim stock, and custom shims at low cost.
